Delivery Policy
This delivery policy (“Delivery Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase through a Spring Lime website. This Shipping and Delivery Policy is subject to the Terms of Use for the Spring Lime website on which you made your purchase.

Order Processing:
Due to huge amount of orders received each day, the amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping is typically 1 – 2 days however, some orders may ship within as few as 4 hrs and some may take up to 5 days.
After your order has been processed, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent!. If more than 6 weeks have passed please email us at sales@SpringLime.com to review the status of your order.
Although Spring Lime is able to ship almost every order in the time frame specified, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded, causing a delay of one extra day. Should this occur, your order will be marked for urgent delivery on the following day and we will reimburse you for the cost of postage.

The delivery timescales presented here do not apply to orders which require additional security checks. If a security check is required, it will usually follow that we will need you to provide additional information; dispatch will not occur until this information is received.
Estimated shipment times, if available, are provided solely for your convenience and neither Spring Lime nor its third-party shipment providers will be liable for any damages or loss as a result of the failure to meet a shipment estimate.

In no event will Spring Lime or its third-party shipment providers be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.

Spring Lime is unable to provide compensation for late deliveries. Compensation will not be provided for consequential losses (e.g., time taken off work or if the item is a gift and you purchase the same item from a more expensive retailer).
Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery.

If, for any reason, your order is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address), then Spring Lime will inform you immediately via email when the item is received. You will be given a choice as to whether the item is sent out again, or a refund is processed. Please note, for items that are undelivered through fault of the customer (e.g., incorrect address), Spring Lime reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
